Prime Real Estate Services was founded by accomplished appraiser Eric Calderon.

 

Eric got his start in real estate sales in 2003 as an agent in New York City, and by 2012 was an active appraiser for multiple firms. As well as a certified appraiser, he is a licensed broker and is currently a candidate for SRA designation with the prestigious Appraisal Institute. 

 

Throughout his career, Eric has stayed true to his core values: conduct, fairness, integrity and the advancement and innovation of the real estate industry. Similarly, the Appraisal Institute's mission is to advance professionalism and ethics, global standards, methodologies and practices through the professional development of property economics worldwide — a standard Eric has brought to this company.
